Sprouted wraps are also a great and healthy alternative to traditional bread sandwiches. They are a healthy choice when you have a craving for a sandwich.

*Sprouted breads like Ezekiel and Alvardo St. Bakery do contain gluten, which can cause allergic reactions in many people.

If you need Gluten Free try their gluten free varieties like Brown Rice Bread.

Ingredients

2 pieces of Ezekiel sprouted grain bread, or gluten free bread

3 slices avocado

2 tbsp. hummus

2 slices tomato

2 slices yellow bell pepper

2 slices cucumber

Handful of baby greens, or lettuce

Handful of sprouts

Cayenne pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle the bread with cayenne pepper
  2. Spread the avocado on the bread.  Place slices of tomato, bell pepper and zucchini on top of avocado and top off with sprouts

Hi Trisha. This is Ezekiel sprouted bread. I buy it at the grocery store or health food store. It usually is in the frozen section.

Hi Trisha. The bread I am using is bought from the store. I like either the Ezekiel sprouted bread or another brand called Alvarado Street Bakery. Both brands are usually found in the frozen foods department.
