Always make sure you warm up before any exercise, especially tennis. You are going to be using so many muscles and joints you want to make sure they are ready for action before you play.

Tennis is a great workout, fun and it will get that heart rate pumping. Try playing tennis with the family and see how you do!  It is a great family sport that you can play at home or on vacation.
