30 Minute Beginner Rebounding Yoga Flow for Flexibility & Balance

If you’ve been asking for more beginner rebounding workouts, today’s workout is one of my absolute favorites. This 30 Minute Beginner Rebounding Yoga Flow combines gentle rebounding with yoga-inspired movement to help improve flexibility, balance, mobility, and strength in a fun and relaxing way.

One of the things I love most about rebounding is how versatile it is. Your rebounder is not just for cardio. In this workout, we use the trampoline as support for flowing stretches, balance work, and gentle movement that feels amazing on the body.

This workout is especially wonderful for women over 50, beginners, or anyone looking for a low impact way to move their body, improve flexibility, and feel more energized without intense exercise.

Rebounding is honestly one of the most enjoyable workouts you can do. It takes up very little space, is easy on the joints, and gives you so many different ways to move your body.
