15 Minute Beginner Rebounding Workout

Today I am excited to bring you my very first Bellicon 15 minute beginner rebounding workout! I have always loved rebounding because of all the many health benefits. I first learned about the detoxing benefits rebounding has when I studied raw foods at the Living Foods Institute in Atlanta.  Then, when I became involved in fitness I learned more about the amazing benefits of rebounding for your body and muscles. I was hooked.

The Bellicon rebounder has been on my fitness “wish list” for a very long time. I just wish I had not waited this long to purchase one.  I have used other rebounders in the past but they do not compare to the quality of the Bellicon rebounder. This rebounder uses bungees instead of springs which makes a huge difference. There is virtually no noise when you rebound and it is very easy on your knees, back and joints. The rebounder is absorbing all the shock when you bounce.

Rebounding is the most fun you’ll ever have getting in shape, losing weight, improving your health, increasing your stamina, and boosting your immune system. It exercises every one of the 638 muscles in your body while being low-impact, low-stress, and revitalizing to your entire system. And it’s actually fun, so instead of avoiding your workouts, you’ll be looking forward to them.

The Beginner Rebounding Workout

This is a great workout whether you are a beginner or have rebounded for a long time.  We start with a nice stretching warm-up and breathing exercises. Then I will explain some of the basic bounces such as the closed chain bounce. Then we will get your cardio up and just when you think I am finished I throw in a little resistance band work.  Get ready to workout and fall in love with rebounding.

While bouncing on the pliable surface, your body automatically engages your abdominal, back, side and pelvic muscles in order to maintain your center of gravity.
