Ingredients
2 medjool dates, pitted
1 scoop protein powder (optional)
8 oz almond milk plain or vanilla unsweetened
4 oz filtered water
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. raw almond butter
1 banana (frozen is my favorite)
4 ice cubes (if using fresh banana)
Instructions
- Place dates and water in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth to create a date paste
- Add cinnamon, almond butter, banana, ice and water blend until creamy
