1 can diced tomatoes with spices (*look for BPA free cans)
Organic spinach
Fresh pressed garlic
Olive oil
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees
- Place salmon in pan, pour artichokes over salmon, then add the diced tomatoes
- Place in oven and cook for about 30 minutes
