If you want to make a vegetarian option, try it with some organic tofu! Remember there is no right or wrong just listen to what your body needs.  Everyone is different.  What works for one person may not work for another. f you tune into your body, it will tell you what it need.  You just have to listen.

A note on BPA and cans. Bisphenol A which is used to line cans is an industrial compound, many food manufacturers use BPA to protect food from metal corrosion and bacteria. Read your labels, if you can buy in glass that is a better option.

I suggest you read more on BPA and educate yourself on the effects it can have on the body.

Ingredients

Wild Caught Salmon

1 jar quartered artichoke hearts, in water drained

1 can diced tomatoes with spices (*look for BPA free cans)

Organic spinach

Fresh pressed garlic

Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Place salmon in pan, pour artichokes over salmon, then add the diced tomatoes
  3. Place in oven and cook for about 30 minutes
