Are you still buying salad dressings from the store? Salad dressings are so easy to make and much healthier and tastier too when you make them yourself. Here is one of my favorites, a basic honey mustard vinaigrette.

This simple, homemade honey mustard vinaigrette salad dressing recipe takes just minutes to make! This honey mustard vinaigrette is always a family-favorite due to the sweet and tangy flavor combinations. Made with just five simple ingredients, the dressing is as simple as whisking together honey, dijon mustard, lemon juice, olive oil and a little salt and pepper. This dressing is also great on my chopped salad recipe and as a marinade.

Ingredients

1/2 c organic olive oil

3 tbsp. white wine vinegar or flavored vinegar of choice

1 tbsp. dijon mustard

1 tbsp. honey

Dash of salt & pepper

Dash of cayenne pepper (if you dare)

1 clove garlic, fresh pressed

Instructions

Mix, let sit for about 15 minutes, and then enjoy
