Warning This Workout May Burn Fat Off Your Body

Get ready to work, sweat and feel The London Burn….. We are doing a full body cardio workout today.

Grab a matt, towel and water bottle. Always warm up before starting any exercise program.

Get it in and Get it Done!

1 Ciruit – Done 3 Times

15 Reps of each exercise
Run through the whole circuit and then repeat two more times.

  • Squat with side arm swings
  • Mountain Climbers
  • V Splits
  • Fusion Glides
  • Ab – Knee to Elbow Crunches
  • Fires Fusion Style

Catch your breath and then do it two more times.  Modify any exercise to fit your ability level. Just keep moving. If you can only do the workout modified one time that is great!  All my workouts are “adjustable” to any fitness level by going at your own pace and modifying the movements.

The important part is just moving the body for at least 30 minutes 3 times a week.
