Healthy Vegan Strawberry Banana Ice Cream Bowl

Healthy Vegan Strawberry Banana Ice Cream Bowl. I have always loved ice cream but it did not love me. I am not a big fan of dairy and use it very sparingly in my diet. The good news is you do not have to give up ice cream to have a Hot and Healthy Body!

I have always loved ice cream but it did not love me.  I am not a big fan of dairy and use it very sparingly in my diet.  The good news is you do not have to give up ice cream to have a Hot and Healthy Body!

This is a simple and easy way to make what I call a Hot and Healthy Ice Cream bowl and still stay on track with your fitness goals.  Sometimes I even have it for breakfast, now how great is that!

You do need to make it and eat it right away so it wont melt.  But I don’t think that will be a problem for you. If you like it, please SHARE  the recipe with your friends.
