Ingredients
4 egg whites or vegan egg replacer
1/2 c old fashioned oatmeal
1/2 banana
1 tbsp. organic raw coconut oil
Cinnamon to taste
Toppings:
1 tbsp. 100% fruit jam or your favorite fruit
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to the blender and mix it well
- Cook in a pan at medium heat
- Cook each side about 5 minutes
- Top with your favorite 100% jam or fruit
