Best Total Body Knockout Workout – Today I have got a quick and efficient total body “Knockout” workout for you. I call it a knockout workout because you can knock-it-out quickly.

What You Need:

You are going to need a set of weights, a mat, and your energy. We will be working the upper body and lower body at the same time while pulling in your core.

Repeat the Total Body Knockout Workout

Run through the circuit 1, 2 or three times depending on the time you have.  I LOVE doing these circuits three times for the best results.

Total Body Knockout Workout Circuit

  1. Squat, Hammer Curl & Overhead Shoulder Press
  2. Curtsy Lunge with Upright Shoulder Row
  3. Forward Lunge & Tricep Extensions
  4. Push Ups
