Body Rocking Circuit Workout

This is a body rocking circuit workout. One quick circuit done four times in a row.You can do this alone or do it like I do and add it in to the end of your workout.

Fat Burning Full Body Circuit Workout

This is a cardio and fat burning full body rocking circuit workout. One quick circuit done four times in a row. You can do this alone or do it like I do and add it in to the end of your workout.

I do this in place of cardio. I get so bored on those cardio machines, this is the “LL” way to get your cardio on. Plus work the shoulders, abs, booty, and everything else in between.

What you Need:

Kettle bell or Dumbbell
Jump Rope
**Always warm up with light stretching or cardio for 5-10 minutes before performing exercises**
