Healthy Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Chocolate and dessert are two of my most favorite things! What I teach is about counting nutrients and not calories you are going to love this healthy pudding without any guilt. This is simple and easy to make, tastes great and when a chocolate craving hits you now have a super healthy alternative. Try making a large batch for dessert at your next dinner party and watch your guest lick their bowls and ask for more.

The Best Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Chocolate and dessert are two of my most favorite things!  Being  healthy is about eating foods that are high in nutrients.  When you do this you can kick calorie counting to the curb. You are going to love this healthy chocolate avocado pudding without any guilt.

This is simple and easy to make, tastes great when a chocolate craving hits you and is a healthy alternative. Make a large batch for dessert at your next dinner party and watch your guest lick their bowls and ask for more.

Avocados provide all 18 essential amino acids necessary for the body to form a complete protein. Unlike the protein in steak, which is difficult for most people to digest, avocado protein is readily absorbed by the body, because avocados also contain fiber.

If you are trying to cut down on animal sources of protein in your diet, or if you are a vegetarian or vegan seeking more protein, avocados are a great nutritional ally to include not merely as an occasional treat, but as a regular part of your diet. They contain the highest protein content of any fruit.
