Lower Body Booty Boost Workout

This is a 10 minute workout in my new series Hot, Healthy and Fit which are short effective workouts that you can do at home or in the gym. As always, you know you can repeat the circuit one or two more times for a 20 or 30 minute workout.

Lower Body Workout That Tightens and Tones

Today I have a special video for you that I filmed at the YouTube event in Miami. I had a full camera crew and we filmed 6 new workout videos.  You can read more about my day at YouTube in this blog post. Now lets get ready to work your booty with my lower body “Booty Boost.”

What you need:

  • Exercise mat
  • Stability ball
  • Bottle of water
  • Your energy

Positive Mental Attitude – This is a journey. It will have ups and downs. Believe that everything is for a reason. You have to experience the downs because they are what give you the motivation to push up and move forward. You can overcome anything. Remain positive even when you feel there is little improvement. Slow and steady wins the race, I promise.

We all know that we do not live in a fairy tale world. Things happen, life, laundry, kids, husbands, jobs, groceries, bills and so much more. It can get quite overwhelming at times. How can we live a healthy life when sometimes it feels like we don’t even have a minute to breathe? It’s how we learn to deal with what life throws at us that determines our success.

You always have a choice. Always strive to go for the better choice. Choose one small piece of cake instead of 3 pieces, choose 10 minutes of exercise instead of none. Choose calling a friend when you are down instead of crawling in bed and crying.

Take the time to talk to yourself, out-loud or quietly in your head and ask yourself, am I a making the best choice I can make now? Is this choice for my higher good, and will it move me in the direction I want to go? Sometimes the answer will be yes and sometimes the answer will be no. But just realize you are the one making the choice, no one else.
