Maca Me Beautiful Smoothie

Maca is going to be your new favorite superfood!

The maca root was prized throughout the Inca empire for its adaptogenic-like qualities that enable it to nourish and balance the body’s delicate endocrine system and help the body cope with stress. It also energizes naturally, without the jitters and crashes of caffeine. This amazing root is from the broccoli, cauliflower, Brassica family.

Maca has a slightly sweet nutty taste and can be easily added to smoothies and juices, is great to add to oatmeal or a smoothie bowl, plus the benefits of adding this superfood to your “nutrition toolbox” are numerous.

This Maca powder has many benefits for women. It can help to eliminate hot flashes, night sweats, and balance hormones. It will help with menopausal, premenstrual cramps and discomfort. Bring on the hormone balance ladies!

For men, it is known to increase energy, stamina, and endurance levels. In fact, it can increase a man’s sexual desire and mental clarity. This is a win-win for our men!
