What You Need:

  • Exercise Mat
  • Water Bottle
  • Loop Resistance Band
  • Resistance Band
  • Set of light and heavier weights
  • Sliding Disks (or paper plates or even 2 dish towels)

Circuit One

  • Reverse Lunge & Knee Ups
  • Alternating Curtsey Lunge & Pulses
  • Sliding Dead Lifts
  • 30 Second Knee Pulls

Circuit Two

  • Sliding Disks – Squat & Slide
  • Band Upper Cuts
  • Shoulder Shredder
  • 30 Second Squat Hops

Circuit Three

  • Plie Squats
  • Side Lunges & Overhead Raises
  • Loop Band Knee To Elbow
  • Loop Band – Arm Circuit
