Stronger Body Workout – You want to get stronger, you want to get in shape. What does it really take? Great questions. It takes a drive, commitment and most of all consistency. Most people give something one to two weeks and then give up and move on to the next “big thing”. I am here to tell you that is a big”F” in my book. Read my start later in life.

The one thing I know is that this is the one time in my life I said OK I am going to actually follow through.  Not start and stop and not give up if I did not see results. The rest, my beauties is history.  OK, maybe I am exaggerating, I am not going down in the history books for getting in shape. But what I do know is that what I do works, what I eat works and how I live my life works. I am here to share it with you.

 

Red Light Booty Challenge

Laura, what the heck is the red light challenge? I thought we were doing a circuit workout in your dining room?  LOL..  Ok, maybe I use that too much. #IDON”TCARE The Red Light challenge is described in this video. At every “RED LIGHT” I want you to do “BOOTY SQUEEZES” #noexcuses for not getting in a workout. Do you get it? You don’t need to be in the gym for hours or workout at home for hours. Each little movement you do “Time Under Tension” counts. So it’s time to drop the “ALL OR NOTHING MENTALITY”.  Just start moving with me.

What You Need:

  • Set of light, medium and heavy weights
  • Loop Band (Don’t worry I forgot mine)
  • Exercise Mat
  • Bottle of Water

The Workout Video Stronger Body Circuit Workout

The Exercises:

Today we are going for the burn. Set the timer for 1-minute intervals. We are doing two exercises for one minute each, repeating them and then moving on. You can do anything for a minute. Let’s get started.

  • Alternating Lunge & OH Shoulder Press
  • Standing Back Row & Fly

 

  • Squat & Side Shoulder Raises
  • Lying Chest Flyes & Leg AB Lower

 

  • Plie Squat & Upright Shoulder Row
  • Tricep Kick Back 10 & 10

 

  • Toe Tap Abs
  • Fold It Like A Lawn Chair Abs With Weights

 

  • Squat With Side Kick ( Loop Band)
  • Pendulum Lunges
