Today I have a brand new core workout for you.
Go grab your mat because that is all you are going to need for this core workout.
I am working on a new series for you called 7 minute ABS. If you want abs you have to work for them, this is the first core workout in the series. 7 minutes a day, 7 days a week with consistency and a hot and healthy diet are going to get you the abs you are looking for.
There are so many different ways to work your abs. You don’t always need to get on the ground and do crunches. If you are like a lot of people who can’t get on the ground then try my 12 Minute Standing Up Abs or Sexy Standing Up Abs!
To get your abs to come out of hiding you will need a diet based on whole natural nutrient foods.
Don’t be lured into the trap of dietary supplements with crazy fat burning promises because they are a quick fix. Any improvements these kinds of supplements give are mostly superficial or temporary at best. Just read the labels and see if you can even figure out what those products are made of. Trust me your body is better off without them.
Core Workout Exercises:
- Hand Slides
- Fold It Like A Lawn Chair
- Side AB Planks
- Full Sit Ups
- Sit Up With Oblique Twist
- Sit up With Knee to Elbow Twist
London Gem:
Did you know, the more favors you add, the more full your brain thinks you are? Incorporating all six tastes, bitter, sour, sweet, salty, savory, and spicy, in one meal can help decrease hunger and make you feel more full and satisfied.
Dried, processed herbs and spices will not give you as much benefit as fresh herbs. I encourage you to eat freshly ground black peppercorns, cayenne pepper, and jalapeño peppers. Peppers contain capsaicin, which can help accelerate your metabolism.
