Beginner Full Body Workout With Light Weights. Hi everyone. Today we are going to be doing the first workout in a new series “Beginner Workout Series.” This is a full body workout using light weights. You will also need a mat because we are getting down and doing some #coreonethefloor.
This is a great beginner full body workout. We are using light weights 3 – 5 lbs. and moving slowly. Don’t be fooled, just because I called it a “Beginner” workout.
