How to Know If You Have Estrogen Dominance and What To Do About It

Hello And Meet Your Hormones

Estrogen Dominance – I would like to introduce you to your best friend or your worst enemy.

Here it is the “H” word hormones. This is a BIG ONE and one of the most pieces to the weight loss puzzle no one is telling you about.  Aren’t you glad you’re here? This ladies is going to rock your world. Deep inside you know this information. Why? Because you are a woman, and hormones truly rule our world from the time we get up in the morning until the time we go to bed. You can’t ever really fully explain the highs and lows we go through to a man, but after you read this you are going to scream Yes!! It all makes sense now.

Are you doing everything right? Eating clean, exercising and still can’t get the weight off? Frustrated? You may have estrogen dominance.

ESTROGEN DOMINANCE

Hormones are little chemical messengers that communicate in a beautiful harmony and control nearly all functions in the body, such as growth, reproduction, libido, energy, mood, sleep, FAT BURNING and many other functions in the body. When your hormones are running at optimism levels you are on top of the world, but when they become unbalanced they can cause all types of different symptoms in the body.

Estrogen and progesterone are your two main sex hormones involved in the many everyday functions that occur in our bodies.  When we have an imbalance and there is more estrogen flowing in the body then progesterone this is when we start to notice symptoms like fatigue, joint pain, inability to lose weight, mood swings, cravings, etc.

THINGS THAT CAN THROW OF YOUR ESTROGEN BALANCE

We live in a world where we are overloaded every day by exposure to toxic chemicals from the air we breathe to the shampoo we use on our hair.  It is your job to start reducing your toxic load everywhere you can. Did you know the average woman leaves the house with about 200 toxic chemicals in and on her body/skin! OMG, that is crazy and it has to stop.

  • Drinking from plastic water bottles (Xenoestrogens)
  • Toxins in our beauty care products
  • Toxins in our homes & cleaning products
  • Processed Foods
  • Smoking & drinking
  • Lack of sleep
  • Excessive stress
