I love being able to work out at home, I am a mom with three kids and not a lot of time,  I love going to the gym because I feel really motivated but for the days when I can’t get there my home workouts are perfect.

I love doing compound movements because they work more than one muscle group at the same time and get you a great bang for your “exercise time”.

Fueling up before your workouts and after is a must! If you don’t have enough fuel in your body you wont be able to get through a workout with enough energy to give it your all. Here is a great Post Workout Smoothie to re-hydrate and replenish your goddess body!
