Today you are going to feel the “London Burn” with my full body circuit workout. You can do this workout at home or in the gym. This is a great workout when you don’t have a lot of time but you still want to get your fitness in.
In this workout, we are using bands, weights and one of my favorite pieces of equipment the loop resistance band. You can try one this band workout after you do this circuit workout.
