Lower Body Love Workout
Three lower body exercises you will feel. Start with no weight and then challenge yourself and add weights for the next two circuits. Run through for a total of 3 circuits and let me know how much you love me when you are done!
Make sure that you always warm up or stretch before starting an exercise routine. We never just want to jump into anything because that is when injuries happen.
