I used to be the “Cookie Mom” in girl scouts. That was the year I put on 10 pounds because I kept going into my garage where are the cookies were stored and ate way to many thin mints. I wound up owing the troop over $100 dollars. Needles to say that was my only year as troop cookie mom. Thank goodness!

Thin Mint Fat Blasting Smoothie

Ingredients
1 c coconut milk, rice milk, or hemp milk
3/4 c coconut water
1 tbsp. ground flax seed or ground chia seed
1 tbsp. cacao nibs
1/2 avocado
1 tsp. peppermint extract or 1 drop peppermint essential oil
1/2 c ice
Instructions
Simply add all ingredients into a Blendtec Blender or high- speed blender. If needed, add water to reach your desired thickness. Use organic produce whenever possible. You can add extra protein to any smoothie by including either a scoop of your favorite protein powder or 3 tablespoons of hemp.
