You loved the original 100 squat challenge so much I made you another one. 5 different squats done 20 times each for a total of 100 squats. Be careful what you wish for.
This is a great workout to at home or in the gym. You are going to feel your legs and your whole lower body burning. Do it once or go for three times in a row or add it to any of my circuit workouts. Just do it and feel the “London Burn”.

Performing squats can increases your heart rate and improves circulation. This will pumps more oxygenated blood though your body. More nutrient and oxygen rich blood is pumped to all your beautiful organs and muscles helping to reduce cellulite.
