Ingredients
1 large head of Kale
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. Celtic sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees
- Wash kale and pat dry
- Remove the leaves from the stems and place in bowl
- Drizzle the olive oil over kale and add salt (less is more, too much oil will make them soggy)
- Gently coat the leaves using your hands
- Spread out on a baking sheet giving room to each piece
- Transfer to oven and bake 10 minutes then turn leaves and bake another 5 to 10 minutes until crisp
